United Rural Cooperative Bank

This is the building of United Rural Cooperative Bank of Hangzhou, Gong-chen Branch.
There has been a recent trend of rural banks moving to urban areas and urban banks moving to rural areas, another good example is Standard Chartered Bank's settlement in the rural areas of China, a strong rival in the rural finance campain.
PS: The door looks to me a little bit like a church, donno why.
