This photo was taken back in this year's Lantern Festival, that's why you can see these red lanterns on the water bus, one of our transportation tools.
The lantern festival is one of those most important feasts in China, it is celebrated on the 15th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Year's Holidays.
btw, I have to say your answer is not what I have expected.. how do you come up with 9?

my logical sequence would work out as
0, 3, 9, 18, 30, 45
